Let’s start with the Blended Shake
A blended shake doesn’t save time – it replaces one of your three meals. That’s the key. One blended shake = one proper meal, not an extra. Low in calories but packed with nutrients, it helps keep you full and energised without feeling deprived. You never go hungry – you’re just swapping out a heavier meal for something cleaner and more efficient.
Most of my clients train two or three times a week – with or without me – for about 45 minutes a session. It doesn’t need to be every day, and it doesn’t need to be extreme. Smart, consistent training beats sporadic high intensity every time.
And now to the good bit – the free zone. If you’re trying to drop weight, you still need room to breathe. That’s why I encourage one night and one day each week where you eat and drink what you want. No guilt. No restrictions. This helps make the rest of your plan sustainable, not miserable.
